After we have met with your family and have completed an evaluation, we match you with candidates that will be a great fit for you and your lifestyle. All candidates will complete an extensive application including a personal in-depth-interview. If they are potential fit for your family's needs, we will provide you a copy of their profile for your review. You then meet with the candidate, and after making a decision on whom you would like to hire, we run comprehensive background checks. With positive background checks in hand, you are able to start your working relationship with your new 'family member'.
Because the placement process is so in depth, we want to ensure that you are connected with the RIGHT individual for your family, please anticipate that the process will take from 2-8 weeks to complete.
